Osteoflex® fizzy provides nutritional support for healthy joints and cartilage. A unique combination of high grade Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulphate with added Vitamin C, and Manganese to help maintain supple, flexible joints, strong cartilage and a healthy skeleton. Suitable for men and women of all ages. Bone constitutes the fundamental part of our joints. For movements to be smooth and joints to be flexible there must be a layer of cushioning and lubrication between the bones. This layer is made up of a shock-absorbing tissue called cartilage and a natural fluid called synovial fluid. A healthy cartilage and synovial fluid make it possible for joints to move easily and comfortably.With age, the cartilage covering bones in joints is degraded, resulting in limitation of movement and pain. With time the water content of the cartilage increases and the protein makeup of cartilage degenerates. Repetitive use of the joints over the years irritates and inflames the cartilage, causing joint pain and swelling. Eventually, cartilage begins to degenerate leading to complete degradation in advanced cases. Loss of cartilage cushion causes friction between the bones, leading to more pain and the limitation of joint mobility. Inflammation of the cartilage can also stimulate new bone outgrowths (spurs) to form around the joints.     Ingredients: Citric acid, Sodium bicarbonate, Glucosamine sulphate, Sorbitol, Chondroitin sulphate, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Lemon flavour, Acesulfame K, Silicon dioxide, manganese sulphate.

    Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age: One tablet daily, to be dissolved in a glass of water. Can be increased to three tablets daily if required. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person. Food Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. 20 effervescent tablets; packed in a tube and placed into a carton containing all the relevant information.
