A liquid food supplement to help maintain strong bones for men and women of all ages. Also ideal for children. The smooth tasting, easy to take formula to help maintain strong bones. Osteocare liquid provides a rich source of calcium in a smooth, great tasting liquid, for efficient absorption into the body. This is carefully combined with co-factors including magnesium, and vitamin D which is essential for effective calcium utilisation. Fat and dairy free - just two teaspoonfuls provide as much calcium as one glass (250ml) of full fat milk, but unlike milk it is 100% fat free. Osteocare liquid contains no dairy products. It is ideal for those using soya milk, which is low in calcium and magnesium unless fortified.
Osteocare liquid is ideal for children and infants over 6 months, who require plenty of calcium for growth. Calcium is also vital for men and women over 50 and during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is especially important to help maintain strong bones during and after the menopause, though research shows that the earlier women receive an adequate supply of calcium the better. Ideal for those who have difficulty swallowing tablets.

Nutritional: Average per 2 x 5ml: calcium 300mg, magnesium 150mg, zinc 6mg, vitamin d 3.8ug. No dairy products, no lactose, no alcohol preservative, no salt or yeast, no artificial colours. Osteocare is not tested on animals. Suitable for vegetarians.
Directions: Infants (6-12 months) 1/2 teaspoon twice daily. Children (1-2 years) 1 teaspoonful twice daily. Children (3-12 years) 2 teaspoonfuls 2-3 times daily. Adults (men and women) 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily. Pregnancy and breastfeeding 2 teaspoonfuls twice daily. Osteocare can be continued for as long as required.
