Ortisan Fruit Cubes and Ortisan Fruits and Fibre Cubes offer a tasty, convenient way to help you stay regular. Made from natural ingredients including tamarind and figs, Ortisan quickly but softly helps to re-establish the rhythm of your digestive system at times when your routine has been disturbed – for example, when on holiday, or working shifts.
Ortisan cubes are completely free of colourings and additives. In fact they are so gentle they can even be taken (at a quarter dose) by children over 8 when other tried and tested approaches like increasing fluid intake and eating more fresh fruit and vegetables are not as successful as might be expected.
Directions: Begin with ½ cube at night, increasing to 1 cube as necessary Children: ¼ to ½ cube
