Orthaheel Sports Inserts. A blue full length product of a higher density than the other inserts. Designed for trainers/sport footwear or walking boots. Customer must remove any existing insole completely before inserting the Sport, this is to prevent interference with the posting angles. Incorporates a shock dot for impact sustained in sport activities. Features ventilation holes in the forefoot. Ideal for Shin Splints. Can be trimmed to fit if necessary. 4 degree built in rearfoot control.

Provides excellent biomechanical control during running and sports activities. Designed to fit in most athletic type footwear. Effective relief for heel pain, knee pain, back pain and shin pain. Available in sizes 1 to 12 1/2.

Nutritional: The simplest way to think of the foot is in 2 parts. The rearfoot being the back of the foot and the forefoot being the front of the foot. All of our Orthaheel/Orthastyle products are designed to aid the effects of excessive pronation (rolling inwards). It is worth noting that it is only excessive pronation that can be problematic as it is normal foot function to pronate (roll inwards). It is only when it over pronates that symptoms of various conditions occur. Excessive pronation can be controlled at the rearfoot which is what our products are designed to do by way of a heel cup and intrinsic posting. All of the Orthaheel orthotics incorporate a 4 degree rearfoot intrinsic (inbuilt) posting, the exception being the Slimfit which has a 2 degree rearfoot intrinsic posting.

Health Warnings: Washing instructions: Orthaheel inserts must not be put in the washing machine or submerged totally in water. They should be wiped over with a damp cloth with an anti-bacterial product or warm soapy water.
