Virgin coconut oil is the richest natural source of medium chain triglycerides (MCT) and contains up to 50% of the lauric acid. This coconut oil is saturated fat but because it has been organically processed it does not contain any trans-fatty acid. It is highly heat resistant which makes it ideal for cooking.

Directions: This product will become cloudy below 24c and solid below 18c. As a solid it can be used as a cream or butter substitute. To liquefy, simply place the container in warm water. Recommended daily consumption up to 3 tablespoons.
