Not only can this product be taken off the spoon, but it can also be used to dress salads or even added to ready made salad dressings. Omega Oils 3-6-9 can also be mixed into yoghurts or smoothies making it a convenient supplement for adults and children alike.

Nutritional: Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2384mg (providing 20mg linoleic acid & 1310mg oleic acid), Organic Linseed Oil 1814mg (providing 907mg alpha linolenic acid, 215mg linoleic acid & 250mg oleic acid), Evening Primrose Oil 340.7mg (Providing 30mg gamma linolenic acid, 235mg linoleic acid & 20mg oleic acid), Sesame Seed Oil 39mg (providing 15mg linoleic acid & 15mg oleic acid), Natural Mixed Tocopherols 2.1mg. Directions: Apply to salad as ad dressing, or add to pre-made salad dressings. Alternatively one to two teaspoons can be taken directly off the spoon or mixed into yoghurt or smoothies.
