Omega 3 Linseed Oil Capsules containing on average 250mg of Linseed Oil providing 121mg of Alpha Linolenic Acid, plus 4mg of Vitamin E.

Linseed Oil is a rich natural source of Alpha Linolenic Acid (Omega 3) which can be converted by the body into EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), Omega 3 polyunsaturates as found in fish oil.

Ingredients: Linseed Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerin), Vitamin E (d-alpha Tocopherol).

Nutritional: Each capsule provides on average 250mg of Linseed Oil of which 121mg of Alpha Linolenic Acid, plus 4mg of Vitamin E (40%*). * EC Recommended Daily Allowance. Free from artificial flavours, colours and preservatives, Gluten, Lactose & Starch. No added salt or sugar.
