This product is a source of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) essential fatty acids from fish oil. A recent trial at Power Health's local school, Pocklington Community Junior, demonstrated just how effective Omega 3 supplementation can be at improving children's learning potential. 86 children varying in age from 7 to 11 years old, were supplied with Power Health Strawberry Flavoured Omega 3 Fish Oil Liquid. Parents assessed their children on five different criteria: reading, writing, concentration, behaviour and co-ordination, at monthly intervals over a 3 month period.
