Directions: Adults and Children aged 2 and over: Inhale 2 or 3 drops from a tissue to clear painful sinuses and nasal congestion. At night, sprinkle 2 or 3 drops onto a tissue tucked inside the pillowcase for all night relief. Children 3 months-2 years: 1 drop on a tissue placed out of the child's reach. As muscular pain rub: Massage into the painful area 3 times a day.
