Medium OATMEAL - This has a pleasant, less granular texture, ideal for porridge and parkin. It is the best variety for coating fish and meat before cooking and is good in stuffings and crumble toppings.
Fine OATMEAL - If you like milk puddings this variety makes a lovely smooth one. You can also use it as a thickening agent for soups, sauces and gravy.
