Nutri Methyl Sulphonyl Methane - Organic Sulphur MSM, or methyl sulphonyl methane, is a naturally occuring organic form of sulphur, which is readily absorbed and incorporated into the body's proteins. Connective tissue proteins, like those found in joints, have remarkably high levels of sulphur-containing amino acids. The sulphide-to-sulphide bonds in these proteins account for the strength of connective tissue.
Sulphur Containing amino acids are major components of joint proteins where they support the formation of cartlige, tendons and ligaments. MSM, being an organic sulphur, does not taste or smell unpleasent and does not form intestinal gas or body odour, which may occur with inorganic forms of sulphur.

Directions: 2 capsules 1-3 times daily with food or as directed.
