Contains chaste berry, a herb that has been used traditionally to support the female hormone cycle and progesterone production. Contains the ayurvedic adaptogen ashwagandha, which has a long history of use in supporting female health

Ingredients: Microcrystalline, cellulose, chaste berry tree extract, ashwagandha extract, black cohosh extract, rhizome extract, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), modified cellulose coating.

Nutritional: Does not contain: Wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, animal or dairy products, or artificial colours, sweeteners or preservatives.

One tablet contains

Chaste berry Fruit Extract (vitex agnus castus) - 100mg
Black cohosh Root & Rhizome Extract (Actaea racemosa) (containing triterpene glycosides) - 40mg
Ashwagandha Root (Withania somnifera) (containing withanolides) - 60mg

Directions: 1 Tablet twice daily
