No-one likes being bitten by mosquitoes, and anyone who has been made into a feast for midges will know that they can render your life hideous, not only whilst they are munching on you, but also for days afterwards as their bites swell, itch and sting. The saliva of midges and mosquitoes contains chemicals that can cause the skin to swell – often forming a lump around the bite. The lumps may also feel warm due to the reaction of the body’s immune system. Many conventional insect repellants can give a high level of protection against insects but many people are concerned about their safety. Neem oil, the key ingredient in this product, is able to deter both mosquitoes and midges, and has none of the purported adverse effects of some of the conventional repellents. It does not stink (to humans – the pesky insects don’t like its smell though!) and sensitive skin doesn’t react to it and it is suitable for all the family.
Ingredients: Ethanol, Eutanol (vegetable emollient), Aqua, Neem oil, Bergamot, Rosemary, Eucalyptus.
Directions: Apply on to exposed areas every three hours or as required.
