Natrasleep Hops and Valerian

Natrasleep is a herbal remedy traditionally used to encourage natural sleep.
Natrasleep combines hops and valerian, two traditional herbal ingredients which together have relaxing and sleep inducing properties.
Also contains: calcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, silicone dioxide, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, glucose syrup, hypromellose, purified talc, titanium dioxide (E171), copper chlorophyllin (E141), vegetable carbon black (E153).
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Each natrasleep tablet contains the active ingredients: Hops powder BHP 167mg, Valerian Powder BP 250mg
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Swallow one tablet to three tablets as required, half an hour before going to bed.
Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the tablet's ingredients. Do not use if you are taking anti-depressant medication. Not recommended for use during pregnancy and breast feeding. As natrasleep is intended to help you relax, if you feel drowsy while taking the tablets do not drive or operate machinery. Do not drink alcohol whilst taking natrasleep. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. If you take too many tablets, seek medical advice straight away. If you already take a sedative, take care as there may be a possible increase in its sedative effects when taken in combination with Natrasleep. If you notice any undesirable effects while taking natrasleep, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. If your symptoms persist, consult your doctor for advice.
