This remedy is pronounced nat murr, its full name is Natrum mur and the source is common salt, also called sodium chloride. It is commonly used for the following physical symptoms: sneezy cold and when nose runs like a tap, eczema, thrush in the mouth, vertigo, premenstrual tension, housemaid's knee. For colds - violent sneezing, streaming runny nose. Sinus pains - frontal headache with nausea, breathing difficult. For skincare issues: Acne - oily skin with many little pimples. Dandruff - greasy hair, flaking skin around hairline. For headaches - throbbing, recurrent - may relate to stress, eye strain or travel. For women's health: Premenstrual tension - mood changeable, often worse during period. Ingredients: Sucrose coating/Lactose core.

Directions: Pillules to be sucked or chewed and to be taken between meals. Adults and children: 2 pillules every two hours for the first 6 doses, then 4 times daily for up to 5 days or until symptoms improve, or as directed by your doctor or homeopath.
