Multimineral & Zinc tablets providing Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Zinc, Iodine, Copper & Manganese.

Ingredients: Dolomite, Kelp Powder, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Modified Starch, Ferrous Gluconate, Zinc Gluconate, Copper Gluconate, Manganese Gluconate, Potassium Gluconate, Magnesium Stearate. ( Suitable for Vegetarians)

Nutritional: Two tablets will provide on average: Calcium 166mg (21%*), Iron 4.8mg (35%*), Magnesium 96mg (32%*), Zinc 2.5mg (17%*), Iodine 60µg - 110µg (40% - 73%*), Copper 1.12mg, Manganese 1mg. * EC Recommended Daily Allowance. Free from artificial colours and preservatives, Yeast, Gluten and Lactose. No added Salt or sugar.

Directions: Take two tablets a day after meals, as a food supplement
