Molkosan is renowned for its many traditional uses as a food supplement. It is extremely acidic and antiseptic. Molkosan drink: As a food supplement add 1 teaspoonful (or 1 tablespoonful, if desired) to a glass of spring or mineral water for a refreshing drink. Molkosan Fruit Drink: Mash fresh fruit in a blender, add 1 tablespoon of Molkosan and fill with spring water. The flavour of the fruit will automatically be enhanced. Molkosan Fruit Tea: Prepare a fruit tea of your choice with honey and Molkosan to your taste. Drink warm or iced. Makes a very refreshing drink that is especially pleasant after exercising. Refrigerate after opening.
