A patented Standardised Green Tea extract with 25% catechols. May be chosen by slimmers to take as part of a calorie controlled diet. Green Tea is rich in powerful flavonoid antioxidants such as Catechins. Basically there are two ways to lose weight. The first is by reducing the body's calorie intake and the second is by increasing the metabolism to enable the body to use more calories.
