Minerals actively participate in regulating a wide range of physiological functions, including transporting oxygen to cells and in the general upkeep of the central nervous system. Minerals are also required for growth, maintenance, repair and the health of bones and tissues.

Ingredients: Calcium (as carbonate), Phosphorus (as TriCalcium Phosphate), Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate), Magnesium (as Oxide), Zinc (as Gluconate), Iodine (as Potassium Iodide), Manganese (as Gluconate), Boron (as Amino Acid Chelate), Copper (as Gluconate), Chromium (as Amino Acid Chelate), Selenium (as L-Selenomethionine), Molybdenum (as Sodium Molybdate), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Stearic Acid, Crosslinked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Sodium Molybdate.

Nutritional: Suitable for vegetarians.

Directions: 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.
