Super Mega B+C contains high levels of all the B Vitamins plus subsidiary factors such as Choline and Inositol. It also contains 1000mg Vitamin C to enhance the formula. The B Complex Vitamins are together involved in the release of energy and in the health of the nervous system.
Ingredients: Di-calcium phosphate, lecithin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, pantothenic acid (as calcium salt), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl prep), riboflavin prep, niacin (as niacinamide), thiamin (as mononitrate prep), choline bitartrate prep, para-aminobenzoic acid, inositol, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin prep), biotin prep, folacin (as folic acid), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Nutritional: One tablet provides: Thiamin (B1) 79mg (5643% RDA), Riboflavin (B2) 100mg (6250% RDA), Niacin (B3) 100mg (556% RDA), Vitamin B6 82mg (4100% RDA), Folacin (Folic Acid) 400µg (200% RDA), Vitamin B12 100µg (10000% RDA), Biotin 0.1mg (67% RDA), Pantothenic Acid 100mg (1667% RDA), Choline Bitartrate 100mg, Inositol 100mg, PABA 100mg. RDA = EC Recommended Daily Allowance. Energy, Protein, Carbohydrate, Fat = negligible.
Directions: As a food supplement take one tablet daily with the main meal. Swallow with water.
