Mass Factor provides 55 grams of highly bio-available whey protein to maximize protein synthesis and support the repair and growth of muscle tissue. Whey protein has many benefits, including rapid assimilation by the body for fast-acting muscle growth and the highest yield of BCAA’s of any single protein source. This makes whey an excellent protein source to use post-workout, as BCAA’s comprise roughly 1/3 of muscle tissue, and are among the first sacrificed during intense exercise. Mass Factor also packs in 95 grams of carbohydrates to help replenish muscle glycogen stores after intense training sessions. Muscle glycogen is the main fuel source for high-intensity activity (i.e. resistance training) and is also the ultimate limiting factor for sport performance. Therefore, it is important to have abundant glycogen stores for optimal exercise performance and strenuous training regimens.
Ingredients: Maltodextrin, protein blend (whey protein concentrate, calcium caseinate, whey protein isolate), fat reduced cocoa powder (2%), flavourings, thickeners (guar gum, carboxymethylcellulose), salt, potassium phosphate, magnesium oxide, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame-K), emulsifier (soy lecithin, E471), vegetable oil, calcium phosphate, ascorbic acid, ferrous fumarate, DL-a-tocopheryl-acetate, niacinamide, manganese sulphate, D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride, sodium molybdate, chromium chloride, biotin, cyanocobalamin. Contains milk, soy, wheat/gluten and may contain traces of peanuts, various nuts and seeds.
Directions: Mix 166 g (6 scoops or 15 tablespoons) with 450-550 ml (depending on the thickness of the shake you desire) of cold water, juice, skimmed milk or blend with your favourite nutrition shake.
