Ingredients: per 10g (heaped teaspoon), powdered ginger – 62.5mg, Bee Venom(dried) 0.125mg, Refrigerate once opened.

Directions: For best results Actiflex should be dissolved slowly in the mouth to ensure maximum absorption. Most effective when taken without other foods or liquids. New users should take 1/4 teaspoon per day building up to 2-3 teaspoons per day. Once opened refrigerate, otherwise stir thoroughly before use.
