Directions: It is recommended that the bracelet be worn on the wrist continuously to obtain maximum benefit. The pain relief benefits of wearing copper next to the skin are reputed to begin within two or three weeks of wearing. Copper Bracelets should be worn against the skin making sure the ends do not meet. Although the bracelets can be used on either wrist, we are informed that the pressure balls on the Power Torque Bracelet should be worn on the outside if worn on the right. Any green staining of the bracelet or skin can be washed off with soapy water and is a normal reaction of copper against skin.
