Magnesium and Calcium Succinate contains a combination of the minerals magnesium and calcium in a ratio of two magnesium to one calcium. These minerals are bonded to succinic acid to form bioavailable magnesium and calcium succinate. Nutritional: Magnesium 216mg (72% of ECRDA), Calcium 153.9mg (19.2% of ECRDA)

Directions: Three capsules taken daily with food or as professionally directed. Combine with Mega EPA 1000 or Linseed Oil 1000 and CT 241 to further support connective tissue health. Take alongside NT 188 for nervous system support.
