Traditionally used for prevention and relief of occasional constipation. Elder flowers, fennel seed and Mate. Senna leaf and Buckthorn Bark are purgative. Psyllium Seeds are a bulk laxative. Fennel seeds are a carminative.

Ingredients: Blended herbs containing Buckthorn Bark(Frangula)8%,Psyllium Seeds Light 12%,Senna leaves Tinnevelly BP 50%.Also contains Elder Flowers, Fennel Seed and Mate. ( Suitable for Vegetarians)

Directions: Adults(all ages) Half a level teaspoonful night or morning as required. Place the herb in a mug, add boiling water, allow to stand for 15 minutes. Then drink the lot.
