Taken daily, the capsules are an easy and convenient way of taking additional fibre and friendly bacteria to help ensure regular bowel movements. As lepicol isn't absorbed by the body it is suitable for regular every day use. Safe guard your fibre intake by adjusting according to requirements. Some may find it necessary to revert back to the initial intake recommendation, whilst others may find that they need less.

Nutritional: Per 5 capsules Energy Kj 6.3, Kcal 1.5, Fibre 3.3g/100g Sodium 0.002g/100g, Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat all <1g/100g. The capsules are gluten free, wheat free, phytate free, dairy free, free from preservatives, colours and flavours and are suitable for vegans.
Directions: Adults: Initially take eight to ten capsules twice daily 20-25 minutes before meals with 2 glasses of water. After 2 weeks it should be possible to halve the above dosage. Children/Young adults: The capsules can be opened and the contents mixed with water or juice and consumed immediately if preferred. Take 4-5 capsules twice daily before a meal with 1 full glass of water or fruit juice. After 2 weeks it should be possible to halve the above dosages.
