Our Lemon Melts are utterly melty and totally irresistible. We know this, because we’ve put on a fair few pounds whilst testing them. We fiddled, twiddled and tweaked until we got our recipe just right and then we tested some more, just to be sure. As one might suspect, our luxurious lemon hit comes from perilously pure lemon oil – as with all our products the recipe is simple, and the ingredients natural.
To complement the delicate texture and flavour of this biscuit, each one is half-drowned in a gigantic vat of ridiculously rich, melted white chocolate.
