Ingredients: Pure beeswax, honey extract and traditional herbs such as Sage, St John's wort, Camomile and pure essential oils.

Directions: Burning time approx 10minutes. Always use a second person to assist with treatment and have a glass of water available to extinguish the flame. Preparation: Carry out treatment in a warm draught free and relaxing atmosphere. Lie down on one side with head supported by a pillow until auditory canal is in a vertical position. Protect your hair and clothing with a cover around the treatment area. Your partner should then light the candle at the unlabeled end and place the non-burning end gently into the outer ear passage. A light turning movement should be applied until the Earcandle is sealed in place. The Earcandle always needs extinguishing by your partner! At the most, it may be burnt down to 1 cm above the red line marking. Carefully remove the remainder and extinguish it in the glass of water nearby. Once the candle has been removed, continue to rest for a period of between 15 & 30 minutes.
