Ingredients: Contents: 30 nasal strips in a choice of two sizes.
Directions: Placement of Nasal Strip - Wash your nose and hands with soap and water and dry them thoroughly. Carefully remove a single nasal strip from the card to aviod touching the adhesive side with your fingers. Locate the nasal strip on bridge of the nose with the centre tab pointing to the top of the nose. Correct placement ensures maximum effect. Press the two ends of the strip down along the sides of the nose until the adhesive makes firm contact with the skin and hold the pressure for a few seconds. Improved adhesion can be achieved by applying the nasal strip onto clean skin 30 minutes before starting exercise during which you are likely to perspire.
Health Warnings: DO NOT use this product if you have any allergy associated with adhesives used on adhesive medical tapes. Do Not use over sores, sunburned or irritated skin, Do not use on children under 6 years of age, do not wear for more than 12 hours in 24 hours, Do not store in direct sunlight or over a temp of 25 degrees C.
