Kelp Iodine from Solgar Vitamin and Herb. Solgar's Iodine is sourced from dehydrated North Atlantic Sea Kelp. Kelp is also known as Laminaria sp., or Fucus vesiculosus and is obtained from seaweed, rich in Vitamins, Minerals, Amino Acids and Trace Elements and is a source of Iodine.
