Ingredients: Hops powder 45mg, extract of valerian from 135mg, extract of gentian from 90mg, sucrose BP, scacia, sodium starch glycolate BP, colloidal anhydrous silica BP, magnesium stearate BP (vegetable), stearic acid BPC (vegetable), corn starch BP, shellac EP, calcium carbonate BP, talc BP, titanium dioxide BP, beeswax BP, carnauba wax BP.
Nutritional: Hops powder 45mg, extract of valerian from 135mg, extract of gentian from 90mg. Also contains sucrose.
Directions: Adults: Swallow 2 tablets 3 times a day with water after meals.
