Digestive enzymes are normally produced by the pancreas and are active in the small intestine where they break down proteins, fats and carbohydrates into smaller particles. A digestive enzyme complex provided in a vegetable capsule for children from 5 years old and above. Please note that because this product contains protein digesting enzymes they do not recommend the capsule is opened for younger children.
