To help maintain supple and flexible joints with glucosamine, omega-3 fish oil and pure cod liver oil, vitamins C, D, E, B12, folate and trace minerals. BUPA approved. It contains a unique combination to help maintain healthy joints. Its active ingredients include: Glucosamine Sulphate - a special ingredient to help keep joints in good shape. Glucosamine is naturally required by the body for the production of collagen to cushion the joints (cartilage) and synovial fluid, which bathes and lubricates them. The glucosamine is present in the preferred potassium form, with minerals for improved absorption. Pure Cod Liver Oil and Omega-3 Fish Oil - providing a rich source of Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These oils are converted into beneficial prostaglandins and help keep joints supple and flexible.
Trace minerals & vitamins: including C and E, as studies show that fish oils may be most effective when combined with antioxidant nutrients. Contains vitamin D to help maintain strong bones.
Ingredients: Pharmaceutical grade gelatin (German capsule shell), pure cod liver oil, omega-3 fish oil, glucosamine sulphate (as potassium salt), glycerine, glyceryl monostearate, vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol prep), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), natural orange oil, lecithin, zinc sulphate, manganese sulphate, natural source colours (titanium dioxide, copper chlorophyll), copper sulphate, boron (chelated), folacin (as folic acid), sodium selenite, vitamin K (as vitamin K prep), vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin prep), vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol prep).

Directions: 1 or 2 capsules per day with your main meal, with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. 2 capsules per day are ideally recommended, especially during the first months of use.
