Sencha Green Tea From Jacksons Of Piccadilly. Jacksons Sencha Green Tea is grown in Zhejiang Province on the east coast of China, which is highly regarded as the home of high quality tea. Only the bud and top two leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant are hand picked in spring and gently streamed to ensure a purity of flavour, whilst remaining naturally rich in antioxidants. This renowned Sencha manufacturing process yields a bright ginger-yellow liquor and smoother tasting tea, which is subtle, fresh and sweet, grassy in character with little bitterness. Directions: Brewing guidelines: To preserve the delicate flavour of the leaves, use "just boiled" water and allow to stand for up to a minute and a half. If you prefer a stronger taste, leave to stand for longer, although no more than two minutes.
