Ispaghula by Power Health
Ispaghula is an excellent source of dietary fibre and has the ability to absorb 40 times its own weight in moisture. Ispaghula is derived from the husk of the Plantago Ovata seed which is simply dried and ground into powder. This product is now replaced by the following Psyllium (Ispaghula) Supplement
Ingredients: Ispaghula Powder, Capsule Shell (Gelatin), Stoneground Brown Rice Flour. Free from artificial colours and preservatives, yeast, gluten and lactose. No added salt or sugar.
