Ethanolamine phosphate ester is also referred to as vitamin M1. German Physician Dr Hans Neiper considers EAP as an important transporter of minerals in the body. Inorganic iron is frequently associated with stomach upsets, however complexing iron to EAP2 creates an organic iron compound that is well tolerated by people who are generally sensitive to iron supplementation.
