Bisglycinate is an extra gentle form of iron which is easily absorbed. Added Vitamin C helps speed absorption. Does not irritate the stomach or digestive system. Iron Bisglycinate (Gentle Iron with Vit C) -Iron is most important mineral involved in the formation of healthy red blood cells. It helps carry vital oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body and may help to maintain normal metabolic functions as well as a feeling of strength, vigour, and vitality. HealthAid Iron Bisglycinate is a specially chelated formulation that is gentle on the stomach and does not cause irritation, constipation or diarrhoea. Added to the formulation is Vitamin C, which helps faster absorption and assimilation of Iron from the stomach into the blood stream making it one of the most effective ways of taking iron supplements.

Nutritional: Each tablet contains ( average ) RDA % Vitamin C 120.0mg 200 Iron 30.0 mg 214 RDA- EC Recommended Daily Allowance. Free from yeast, gluten, salt, preservatives, artificial colouring and flavouring. No added Sugar, Starch or Salt. Suitable for vegetarians.
Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily with meals or as advised by a suitably qualified person. Store in a cool dry place, keep out of sight and reach of children.
