Nutritional: One tablet contains 200mg of Rhodiola rosea L. root and rhizome extract (1.5-5:1), which is equivalent to 300-1000mg of Rhodiola rosea whole root and rhizome. Rhodiola contains many active parts, including rosavin, salidroside and other polyphenols.

Directions: For oral use. Adults and the elderly. Take one tablet twice daily, one before breakfast and one before lunch. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass or water, 30 minutes prior to eating.
