Antimalarial Drugs

Antimalarials are antiprotozoal drugs that are primarily used to treat malaria. Certain antimalarials are useful in treating other conditions as well, including quinine for leg cramps and hydroxychloroquine for severe cases of rheumatoid arthritis.
