Directions: To be taken during the pre-menopausal period (normally 12-18 months) and may be continued thereafter. Take one tablet with water after meals twice a day.

Health Warnings: Not recommended in cases of intestinal obstruction and stenosis, atony, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease (Crohn's, ulcerative colistis),abdominal pain of unknown origin, severe dehydration.
