This rinse helps restore and maintain healthy gums, and soothes inflamed and damaged oral tissue. It can be used for the following conditions: Gingivitis, Periodontitis, Lichen Planus, Mouth Ulcers, Receding gums, plus general oral maintenance. Gengigel contains hyaluronan - a natural substance found in the connective tissues of the body. When applied to diseased gum tissue it controls inflammation and stimulates the production of new health tissue. Several clinical studies have shown that it can accelerate the rate of tissue healing and reduce inflammation. Regular use either as a gel or with mouth rinse combined with regular and thorough cleaning of teeth will ensure the maintenance of healthy gums especially in smokers, diabetics, pregnant women, and women taking oral contraceptives who have an above average incidence of gum tissue problems.
