Vitamin B6 100mg - Often used premenstrually and for maintaining healthy skin and nerves.
Ingredients: Bulking Agents: Dicalcium Phosphate, Powdered Cellulose; Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Potato Starch, Anti-caking Agents: Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Silicon Dioxide.
Nutritional: No Artificial Flavours or Preservatives, No Added Sugar, Salt or Colours, Gluten Free, Wheat Free, Yeast Free, Dairy Free, Corn Free, Soya Free, Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.
Directions: One tablet per day with a meal.
Health Warnings: Side effects are rare, however there is some evidence to suggest that high doses of vitamin B6 (over 200mg/day) taken over long periods of time may result in toxicity problems. Do not exceed recommended dose.
