Made from 100% natural ingredients, the Food Doctor range is a blend of sunflower, sesame, pumpkin, hemp seeds and linseed dry roasted in Koji (a light soya) and sea salt. High in protein, gluten free and rich in omega 6 essential fatty acids they make a great snack and can also be added to soups, salads and stir fries. Why are seeds good for me? What will it do? This mix contains a balanced blend of five energy rich seeds, useful during a dieting day or post exercise. The natural dietary fibre is supportive of a healthy digestive system which, combined with the low carbohydrate content of the seeds, slows down the release of blood sugar.
