Folic acid and vitamin B12 are best taken together as folic acid taken alone can mask vitamin B12 deficiency and anaemia.

Ingredients: Non-active ingredients: cellulose, silica, vegetable magnesium stearate. Capsule: cellulose and water. ( Suitable for Vegetarians)
