Florisene® is a unique formula that has been developed by one of Britain’s leading hair specialists. It consists of a highly absorbable form of iron, a significant level of the essential amino acid lysine, along with two other essential nutrients that are required for hair growth.
Ingredients: Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Iron (as ferrous fumarate), L-Lysine, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colours: Titanium Dioxide & Iron Oxide), Crosslinked Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate, Calcium Carbonate Prep.
Directions: Florisene® tablets should be swallowed whole with water, half to one hour before food or on an empty stomach. Florisene® should be taken at 3 tablets daily for the first six months. Most women take 1 tablet in the morning followed by 2 before bedtime. Thereafter a maintenance intake of 1 to 2 tablets per day is recommended depending on lifestyle factors such as the type of menstrual loss and red meat consumption.
Health Warnings: Florisene® contains iron and a small proportion of people who are unusually sensitive may experience some minor digestive disturbance such as nausea. This generally disappears, but should it persist, then take Florisene® with a 'light' meal. Some individuals may also notice a darkening of the stools. Caution: Other iron containing supplements should not be taken whilst taking Florisene®. Use in pregnancy, during breast feeding, or if planning to become pregnant: Consult a doctor before taking Florisene®. Florisene® should not be taken whilst taking oral antibiotics. Florisene® should not be taken within 2 hours of taking any medication, including indigestion remedies.
