Ingredients: Aqueous extract from: Hibiscus calyces, camomile flowers, fennel, spinach. Mixture of fruit concentrates of: Red grapes, pears, blackcurrants, cherries, blackberries, carrots. Iron II (ferrous) gluconate, rosehip extract (containing 4% vitamin C), vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) riboflavin, thiamin HCl, folic acid, vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin prep).

Nutritional: Per 10ml serving (%RDA): Vitamin C 10mg (17), Thiamin 0.8mg (57), Riboflavin 0.8mg (50), Vitamin B6 0.8mg (40), Vitamin B12 0.8ug (80), Iron 9.5mg (68)

Directions: Take 2 tsp (10ml) twice daily, before morning and evening meals. Children from 1 to 5 years: 1 tsp (5ml) daily. Children from 6 to 12 years: 2 tsp (10ml) daily.
