This product provides nutrients for the formation of Haemoglobin for red blood cells including iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, zinc, and copper. Iron is an essential mineral, which is required for the formation of haemoglobin. This carries oxygen to the tissues where it is used for the release of energy from food. As well as keeping blood healthy, iron is involved to help maintain resistance to infection and in helping to maintain intellectual performance. Directions: One capsule per day with or immediately after your main meal, with a full glass of water or a cold drink. Feroglobin should only be taken on a full stomach.
