Used world wide as a culinary spice as well as a food soothing to the stomach from HealthAid. Fenugreek seed powder (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is an annual Mediterranean and Asiatic herb with aromatic seeds. The seeds of Fenugreek contain the most potent effects of the plant that is rich in dietary fibre, this may contribute to the many properties to health that it is known for.
Ingredients: Raw fenugreek powder, standardised fenugreek seed extract, vegetable capsule shell, stearic acid, magnesium stearate. (

Nutritional: Two capsules contain average: Standardised Fenugreek Seed Extract 200mg, Raw Fenugreek powder 400mg. No added salt or sugar, Free from yeast, gluten, soya, corn, wheat & dairy products. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Free from artificial colours, preservatives and flavouring.
Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age, two capsules daily, preferably with food, or as advised by a suitably qualified person.
