A traditional herbal remedy used for the symptomatic relief of tenseness, irritability and agitation due to the stresses and strains of modern life. A standardised extract of Valerian (containing 0.8% valerenic acids) is used to ensure a high level of the calming properties of the herb are preserved. Hops have a sedative and relaxant effect; Scullcap and Valerian have calming properties so helping to relieve those feelings of tenseness and irritability. Vervain acts as a tonic to support and refresh the nerves. The four herbs in this formulation, Hops, Scullcap, Valerian and Vervain, are described by practising herbalists as ‘nervine’ working to restore the nerves to their normal function. Valerian’s effective use for the management of stress is also well documented. Ingredients: Hops, Scullcap, Dry Extract Valerian 4.1, Dry Extract Valerian 3.1

Nutritional: Active ingredients per tablet: Hops 75mg, Scullcap 45mg, Dry Extract Valerian (4:1 concentrate) 25mg (Equivalent to 100mg Valerian providing 0.8% valerenic acids), Dry Extract Valerian (3:1 concentrate) 30mg (Equivalent to 90mg Valerian)

Directions: For oral use. Adults and the elderly: Two tablets to be taken three times a day.
