Ingredients: Deionised Water, Petroleum (and) Dicocyl Pentaerythrityl Distearyl Citrate (and) Sorbitan Sesqui Oleate (and) Ceresin (and) Mineral Oil (and) Beeswax (and) Aluminium Stearate, Decyl Oleate Petroleum, Witch Hazel (Hamamellis Water), Comfrey Extract (Symphytum Officionale), Arnica Extract (Arnica Montana), Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol (and) Methyl Paraben (and) Propyl Paraben (and) Butyl Paraben, Mixed Natural Tocopherols, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Copper Chlorophyll.

Directions: Apply after exercise to the overworked muscles and massage into the skin using large circular movements. Work towards the heart.
